Over the weekend, I went to the Antique Arms Show in Vegas. Great show! Of the hundreds of tables, only one had an Automag. It was a North Hollywood in near unfired condition. The only problem is that it only came with one non-factory (Triple-K) magazine. The best part about it is the guy was asking $1500! Seeing I need another AM like I need a hole in the head, I told my friend, "this is the best chance to get into the Automag world, for very little money". So, he offered the guy $1300 and took it home. It's nice to still find great finds at a great price. Wink

Well sounds like he saved more than enough to get a factory mag, or maybe 2 if he shops around!

As of the first of the year, I no longer work for Vltor. I started a new job (and life) working as the Director of Research and Development for Bravo Company USA.
 
The offical statement from Gary Abrams (President and CEO of Abrams Airborne/Vltor) at the SHOT Show is that the Bren Ten will be avaliable by November of this year.

The company I'm currently working for is Bravo Company USA, also known as BCM Gunfighter. I will mainly be developing product to improve/enhance the AR15 series of rifles/carbines. Bravo is already the leader of AR15 rifles and being a distributor of other companies product, but now they took the step to develop their own product line, which I will head-up for them. It should be an exciting future.

Funny, some here would have you believe Pasadenas are almost worthless, so it should follow that a North Hollywood is worth even less,,,

Well for my sake, I hope this is a future trend, once they drop below $1K, I will start stockpiling! Wink

I'll let my friend know. Thanks. Over the years, I've collected a variety of magazine components, but never had mag bodies, until recently. Thank god Numrich is sitting on some original mag body and selling them at a decent price. So I think he's set.
