Curmudgeon,  what type of modifications would you do to a 160, that you would then put your logo on the barrel?  One of mine is maganaported . Is that something you would have done? I think you should put it on the micarta grips!

I didn't do modifications and or tune ups and then put my name on the bbl.  I created a different version for a particular reason, announced it as available then the Mod # and bbl logo was made and etched..according. I had many bbls Mag-Na_Ported that being the only variation. Stocks and or Mag-Na-Porting had nothing to do with the Mod # per se....Same as with jeweled hammer and or trigger, trigger job or polishing various parts. Certain Mod #'s had certain modifications. I don't re-etch bbls once they are marked...That is unless I do a total polish and it becomes necessary. Only then the exact etching is replaced. Hope that explains...
