Don't expect any accuracy from those ball bullets, just like service ball. OK for machine gun blasting about one foot groups at 4-500 yds. You can make noise. With a match grade bbl, about one foot groups at 500 is good. I had a match bbl made for the Swiss Gov't, chrome lined.
With Hornady match could shoot MOA to about 800 yds. Basically same powder about 240 grs. @ 2700 fps. Lots vary.

Larry, that is a great price!!! Are you loading or is your buddy loading for you? In my Barrett M82A1 I never reloaded for it, just used military ammo that was available at the time.

Reloading presses and die sets are pretty expensive.

As far as a scope goes you cannot go wrong with a Leupold Mark 4 or Mark 6 scope.

You have to pay to run with the big boys!!!

For right now I am going to have Robert load them for me, until I can get everything I need. I just ordered a Hornady Powder dispencer for it. Now have to wait to find a press and some die's.......

I sure hope you take a video of your first shot. I want to see that "Holy sh*t!" look on your face. :-)

Hey, not sure if you got a scope yet, but I have been researching 50 bmg scopes for a little while and if you want to go cheap and yet have it still hold together - some 50 bmg shooters are using Burris Black Diamonds with success (good company rep for building optics to hold up on magnum handguns). Next best would be the Leupold (nice feature is the warranty if it does poop out). Night force -  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s5pVya7eask  check out the bell on it flop around, probably due to thin tube material - also note the rear of the scope base not having enough security. Your gonna have to watch that short stubby rail you got on your gun - maybe beef it up with a longer rail and don't cheap out on the rings - get nice solid wide ones.
If budget is no concern there is the US Optics scopes, but you could probably buy two of those rifles for what it will cost you for a TPAL - but they are built like a tank and absolute king of the 50 BMG in my opinion.
