I decided to experiment with wet-molding to make an AM mag-pouch. Still in progress and bear in mind I'm no leather pro, but here's what we have so far: ![]() Stitched-up: ![]() Belt-loop in the back: ![]() I'll finish it off tomorrow (if I feel like it) - fingers are sore from stitching.

A little more shaping done: ![]() Lesson learned - don't be too enthusiastic with the belt-sander (top-left section).

From you that's high praise - thank you :) Finished: ![]() Warts and all: ![]() Nothing like trying this oneself to develop a deeper appreciation/awe for holster-makers. While I had the needles out, I figured I should continue with holster #2
I started months ago, and added another row of stitches to get the welt
in place. One thing led to another and now I just have some wet-molding
to do: ![]() After a little hand-boning to bring out some detail: ![]() |
