So who has a Ham Radio?
I used to be into CB radio when I was a teenager and during the lockdowns (late 2021) I passed my foundation exam and have got set up. I cant be the only one? Ian

Hi Ian, to funny you post this, I never knew we had all the same interest... Back in my previous house I had a setup with some radios on my nightstand. I was active till 5 years ago. That was a hobby for the late/night hours... I still have all of that stuff but here nothing is active now. With the new cellphones, internet etc, that kind of communication has faded out overhere. Maybe it will become handy in the future...

It is a small world :)
I have just got back into things and it looks quite active, more on the digital side of things than the voice but voice is still quite busy on the weekends. Yes it is an evening thing. |
