Forum upgrade

Well after many promises I have finally found the time to get the forum upgraded. 
You should notice a few changes as you go around the forum; I have disables the chat features after everyone’s comments as I think it may be best. 
Also the registration process is a little different, and new users will need to approve their email address, if this does not stop the spam then the next step is to require all new accounts to go through an approval process. 
Keep an eye out and let me know of any issues with the new software.
