Outstanding - congratulations! Clap

I truly am sorry about your situation and the CA laws being so anti-2A.

I planned on keeping it and passing it down un-fired.  I will however take out my shooter and run a magazine through it for you.  Then I'll have a sip (or two) of my favorite whiskey in your honor.

(This is all without any disrespect to you.  It is a horrible situation that CA has put you, and everybody, in.)
If you were happy and you knew it, would you clap your hands?

After reading my message, I came across as angry at you and nothing could be further from the truth. Iam happy that someone will get to enjoy it.I have to remember that my dry, sarcastic, Irish sense of humor doesn't always translate in text form. If it wasn't your intent to ever fire it then you stay with that. Don't let my situation mess up uour plans. You are paying EAY too much money to do what someone else wants. You just enjoy it and consider the ability to buy it a late Christmas present from me.

Now that we have completed guns coming out, cheers coming up from the crowd, are there plans to restart production eventually on the 357 AMP guns and barrels?
When you are up to your neck in alligators it is hard to remember your original intention was to drain the swamp

IF I remember correctly, it isn't in the works at the present but it is being considered.  Right now, just getting the gun back up to speed is, obviously, the most pressing concern.

I am looking forward to .357 AMP getting put on the plate at some point in the future!  I would LOVE to give that cartridge a run!!!

This is the horrible thing about typing. Words in black and white can be read so many ways. Have a great day!

The .357 AMP is a true pleasure to shoot. It has a lot softer recoil and seems to be very accurate. I always thought the people that liked their .357's better were a bit off until I got one. I hope the new company stays around for a good long while. I would still like to get my hands on an 8 1/2" Dirty Harry gun as well, but could not get in on the first batch. My order will hopefully be coming soon!!!Wink

What's the PDRK's stance on C&R pistols?

The ATF, for its own mysterious reasons, has been known to put BRAND NEW guns on the C&R list at an owner's request. If you look at the extended C&R list those are mostly "commemoratives" of some sort, but all it takes is a letter. Given the Auto Mag's history, and that it's a "Founder's Edition", I'd say the chances of getting a new Auto Mag on the C&R list are excellent.

At the moment, largely due to weather related delivery issues, there is only one new production .44 AutoMag in the wild.

...and here it is:
