This is a good manual to have, covers the other Automags, II, III, IV, etc. a little bit too.

Well worth the price.

I was thinking of setting up an AMT wiki so we can all put our tips & tricks in working in the same way as http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page to see if we can get together an encyclopedia of AMT related stuff.

Any comments?

Ian,

I think an Automag Page would be great, provided we (or should I say you!) own it and we can all post, but it's not owned by wikipedia.  I'd be nice if we could upload our own stuff.  I see sections on general maintence, lubes, load data (with disclaimers), history, Automag Variants, links to suppliers, etc.

Ian,

I'd envision cool icons for each of the sections, like for Maintaintence, a wrench, for lube, maybe one of the old oil cans with the long spout(I wish I could buy a quality one of those, I remember we put spent motor oil in there for barn hinges, gates, tractor parts, etc.), a cartidge for bullets.

Hey, I'm just throwing out ideas, anyone else is welcome to improve upon (or critique) my suggestions.

Under the cartridge section, maybe factory/custom loads, load data from manuals, handload data.

I wish I could do webpages.  I am barely good at it.  I used to be really good at the computer, when I had time.  But now, I just try and get by.

IAN,

Hope all is well on your side of the deep blue sea. Crazy times here in the USA.

Just wondering if we ever did get a Wiki page set up? I seem to have a lot of people reaching out to me lately about things to watch out for when shooting Auto Mags and for tuning tips.  I can see that it could be really helpful to have a place to post them rather than just a tidbit here and there in various posts.

Also do you know the status of Brian Maynards Auto Mag manual, I lost track if you ever got approval to publish it or if its being printed and sold by anyone???  I have someone asking me about it and dont have an answer,,,

Thanks - Be well/safe.
