desertmoon  -  It looks great and sounds like it shoots just as good.

Did you do the all work yourself?

What all has to be modified to go to the ramped barrel?

NICE!!!

Looks like a keeper to me.

That said, I still can't take my eyes of the pair of Bren Tens,,,  Damn that was a lucky buy!

I also have to concur with Tony, I bought a stainless Series 80 Colt Govt Model .45 ACP and shot patterns, and even my Series 80 Blue DGC needed a lot of trigger work.  Sadly, too many Colts during that period were not well built guns,,,

Hope you enjoy it!

Long live the 10mm.

Who was that masked man,,,

Oh, wow!  Don't know how I missed this.

On my Delta ( and on the Fusion ) I did most of the hand fitting and some of the finishing.

I have a good smith that I trust who did the mill work and fitting of the sights and the Wilson Match barrel and bushing on the Delta.  I did the grip safety. I did all of the barrel fitting on the Fusion.  WHEW.  I did everything on that Fusion.....had bloody fingers by the time I was done.

Final frosting on the Delta was done by my smith.  I still need to frost the grip screws.

I won a Les Baer Premier II 10mm 5" at our local Friends of NRA event this spring.  What I really wanted was a 6" Hunter model and I finally got the 5" sold and I was able to pick up a 6" for the same money.

I have ordered a 6" 9mm barrel from Kart and I will have my Gunsmith fit it up and ream it to 9X25 Dillon.  That is the Clymer reamer in the tube.

Sorry, but after shooting all the AMT 7" longslides and 8", 10" Grizzlies, not sure I call a 6" slide "long" anymore!
Nave you shot a 7" Javalena 10mm before? Likely not as smooth as your LB gun, but I love it!!

I have owned dozens of Auto Mags, but the only AMT product I own or have owned is a BAM which I have never fired.

A shooting friend of mine had a 45 and a 380 Backups, pure junk as far as I was concerned.

Through the 80's and 90's I looked at dozens of AMT Longslides and Hardballers and other automags at Gunshows and at least 70% of them were so galled they would hardly work. I never saw any new AMT's in Gunshops.  I know that most of the troubles were caused by the owners improper lubing the SS with mineral based oil, but it still soured me on anything AMT.

I have a Grizzly in 45 win mag at it is a well made firearm.  I have four of the LBC and I really look on them as the top of the line 1911's.

I picked these up at the start of the week.

A pair of consecutively numbered Bren Ten  M&P's.

The wimpy 10mm Auto or the righteous AMT 10mm Magnum?
